GET YOURSELF A MICRO COMMUNITY.
If I could jump into every one of your DMs and YELL this, I would. Do it. Do it NOW.
This is the one thing you can do immediately for free, to 10x your chances of success.
What Exactly Am I Talking About?
The second you finish reading this, do this:
⭐️ Find 3 people you respect who are on a similar journey. Go thru your phone list and FB friends list. They are out there.
⭐️ Say this: "Hey, I’m trying to do this thing. You’re trying to do your thing. It’s not the same business, but I bet we have similar struggles. Can we hop on a 30-minute call once a week to talk shop?"
⭐️ Schedule the call. That’s it. No overthinking. Casual. Bring up one topic and just talk.
To Make It Even Simpler, Here Are Your First 10 Talking Topics:
💡 Where did you waste time this week? – Identify time drains and find ways to work smarter.
💡 What’s a client red flag you ignored, and regretted? – Learn from each other’s mistakes to avoid nightmare clients.
💡 What’s one process in your business that feels messy? – Streamline what’s slowing you down.
💡 What’s a money-making task you keep avoiding? – Call it out. Get it done. Hold each other accountable.
💡 What’s something you need to outsource but haven’t? – Stop doing it all yourself.
💡 What’s a small change that had a BIG impact? – Quick wins that made life easier.
💡 How do you handle scope creep without feeling awkward? – Set better boundaries.
💡 What’s a piece of advice you know works but never actually implemented? – Be honest. Apply it.
💡 What’s a habit or mindset shift that changed your workflow? – Get rid of mental roadblocks.
💡 What’s one skill you’ve been meaning to learn but keep putting off? – Time to level up.
