MOTIVATION: Unglamorous Consistency

I recently listened to a Hormozi podcast, and one quote stuck with me:

"You first have to become consistent before you become exceptional."

Consistency can feel like a struggle, especially when life gets hectic. Between running a household, managing a full-time job, or dealing with demanding clients, showing up for yourself can feel impossible.

But here’s the truth: consistency doesn’t have to be grand or glamorous. Most of the time, it’s about the boring, everyday tasks that keep your business moving forward.

Unglamorous Consistency.

We’re great at showing up for clients, there’s a price tag driving that.

But showing up for ourselves? That’s harder.

Why?

Because the results of our efforts like posting content, pitching clients, or building systems don’t show up immediately.

And that’s okay.

Social media often glamorizes success, showing overnight wins without the years of hard work behind them.

Real success isn’t instant, it’s built on steady, persistent effort.

The business owners we admire didn’t achieve success in six months; it took years.

The key is to stay consistent, even when the results feel far away.

Consistency isn’t glamorous - it’s showing up, starting messy, and mastering the small tasks.

💡 Challenge: This week, focus on building consistency in ONE area of your Virtual Assistant business.

  • What’s one habit you can commit to daily or weekly?

  • How will you stay accountable, even when it feels boring?

Action Step: Write down the habit you’ll commit to and hang it someplace you can see every day. Remember, big results come from steady, reliable effort.

Let’s get those reps in!

I have a beautiful community of Women that are all working hard at showing up for themselves. You can access that community in ➡️  HERE.
