What's the math behind your peace of mind?

Let’s talk about money, not in a “manifest your millions” kind of way, but in a get honest about what it takes to breathe kind of way.

Because “funding your why” means something different for every woman in our community.

Maybe it’s paying off debt.

Maybe it’s creating breathing room between paychecks.

Maybe it's getting out of a bad relationship.

Maybe it’s saving enough to walk away from that job that’s draining the life out of you.

Whatever your version is, it starts with knowing your numbers.

Step 1: Define your Why Number

Ask yourself: “What’s the monthly amount that would change how I live or feel right now?” Not your dream income, your freedom baseline.

Write it down.

That’s your Why Number.

Step 2: Reverse-engineer your rate

Let’s say your Why Number is $3,000/month.

If your rate is $30/hour, that’s 100 hours of client work.

But you can’t bill 40 hours a week, you’ve got admin, marketing, and downtime.

So if you can realistically work 25 billable hours per week, that’s 100 hours a month.

Perfect. You’re on track.

If that math doesn’t add up, your rate or your offer needs to adjust.

Step 3: Set your client limit

Your capacity isn’t about how many people you can serve, it’s about how many you can serve well.

Figure out how many clients fit within your Why Number and your bandwidth.

If that’s 3 clients at $1,000/month, that’s your sweet spot.

This is how you stop chasing “more” and start building enough.

VA work isn’t about hustling harder. It’s about using your business to fund the life you actually want, on purpose, with math, not maybes.
